With a surface area of over 200 m², the house can accommodate up to 10 people and features:

On the ground floor: a fully equipped fitted kitchen opening onto a dining area with a large table, a living room with a flat-screen TV, a bistro-style foosball table, 1 bedroom (140x190 cm bed), 1 separate toilet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine and dryer. The living area opens onto a south-facing terrace of over 60 m² with a jacuzzi and panoramic mountain views.

Upstairs: 3 large bedrooms (2 x 90x200 cm beds or a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a corner bathtub and whirlpool shower, as well as a large walk-in closet. One of the bedrooms has an additional double sofa bed and direct access to a private balcony.

In the basement: 1 fitness and relaxation room with a sauna and elliptical trainer, 1 separate toilet, and a garage for 1 to 2 cars or several motorcycles, bicycles, and mountain bikes.
